I love the energy of a wedding day — that lively chaos behind the scenes that gradually becomes a perfectly coordinated experience. I enjoy connecting with our partners, bringing different specialists together, and working with our coordination team to assign roles and make sure everyone plays their part. Seeing that collective effort come together is especially rewarding.
Outside of weddings, I love travelling and playing Mafia. Being observant and understanding people is just as useful in my work.
GAYANE HOVHANNISYAN
I have always loved turning countless details into order and structure. Wedding projects are the perfect environment for that: ideas, tasks, and hundreds of small decisions gradually become one cohesive, beautiful story. I genuinely enjoy the process and every stage of preparation. For me, weddings are more than a profession. They are an opportunity to create an atmosphere in which people can feel at ease and be fully present for one of the most important days of their lives.
Outside work, I find inspiration in philosophy, history, board games, and travel — anything that helps me better understand people and the world around me.
How noor began
“What if we started a wedding agency and made Armenia a destination people would travel to for their wedding?”
That idea became the beginning of NOOR Wedding.
We were already part of the wedding industry when we started our agency. We knew weddings were about far more than flowers and decorative details. They require systems, responsibility, a strong creative eye, production expertise, and the ability to manage dozens of moving parts at once. Building an agency was a deliberate decision.
We wanted to help take Armenia’s wedding industry to the next level and show that couples could come here not only for the food and culture, but also for considered design, ambitious celebrations, and professional event planning.
We saw depth, character, and the potential for world-class weddings in Armenia — and chose to bring that vision to life. First, we fell in love with the country all over again. Then we began sharing that love with our couples.
Today, NOOR is a growing team with a clear mission: to shape a modern, forward-looking wedding industry in Armenia and raise the standard year after year.
